2D Design : What's your square ?

Square is a square. Or is it a square ? Designers have to have wild and wide imagination. In this task, we have to create something out of a simple square. The formula was simple, we have to expand the square and create a design.

Weirdly, I was having a very hard time on this assignment. This assignment by far the hardest compared to miss maslisa's class during semester 1.

We have to create 2 paper cutouts. one with symmetrical design and one with asymmetrical design. On top of that we also have to create movement in it.

My original theme was geometry lines incorporated with illusions. But all my design didn't seems to workout.

So i changed my theme to 'The Girl"

And here are my final design. 

we were suppose to present it a week earlier than we did but something come up and miss maslisa couldn't come. But we already set up everything for presentation. 

For the following week, we were supposed to do our presentation in the studio but unfortunately, the morning of the presentation, architecture students messed up the studio and the studio look like a shipwrecked ! So we presented all of our works in the middle middle of the corridor.

During the presentation, everyone presented amazedballs designs .
